Telephone messages and logs, 1979-1985.

The series consists of notebooks and logs of telephone messages to the attorney general taken by his support staff and forwarded to him for response. As such they provide information on daily activities which reflect dealings with specific issues at any given time. The records include copies of telegrams, and some typescripts of telegram texts with annotations, sent by Attorney General Robert Abrams from 1979 to 1985. Also included are copies of telephone bills and standard telephone vouchers for the same time period.
